Private Event Contract

This contract, along with a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking with Galaxy Kids Inc DBA Galaxy Kids Code Club (“Galaxy Kids CC”). Request must be filed at least two weeks prior to the desired reservation date. Submission of this contract alone does not guarantee a reservation. Reservations cannot be confirmed until the contract and deposit are received and processed by our staff. You will receive written confirmation from our staff within 3-5 business days.
